Orthodox church of St. Kosma and Damiana in Kotani is a wooden affiliate Greek Catholic church. It was built in 1841 in place of an older wooden church. She belonged to the Greek Catholic parish in Krempna. In 1963, during a general renovation, a lapidarium was created around the church, consisting of 22 historic tombstones from Nieznajowa, Żydowski and Ciechania. The church itself was demolished, preserved and put back together. The church grounds are surrounded by a wooden fence, the temple object is covered with shingles and surrounded by a stone and wooden fence. The temple is one of the most characteristic and typical sacred buildings erected in the western Lemko region, which is why a faithful copy was reproduced in the open-air museum in Lviv. The church has a three-fold arrangement and soaring domes. Currently, it performs the functions of a Roman Catholic church of the same name.
