The chapel was built in 1909 by the Bal brothers from Samoklask, as a votive offering for auspicious business. Inside, there is a figure of the Mother of God, Help of the Faithful and a legendary stone embedded in the wall. Nevertheless, this chapel is not the first building in this place, because previously a wooden chapel stood here, which according to the application was erected on the site where those carrying from Stropków (at that time Upper Hungary, now Slovakia) to Jasło to the church of OO. Carmelites, a wooden figure of the Virgin Mary with the child. Then they put the figure on one of the stones on which the foot of the Mother of God imprinted. From that moment, this stone is considered wonderful, thus having the power to heal. The same is true of the spring below the chapel, whose water is also said to have healing power. Between the spring and the chapel there is still a small stone chapel, housing the figure of St. Józef, and in the lower figure of the Virgin Mary with the child.
